Flags are out at the beautiful, serene, touching, reflective, awesome, perspective-enabling NH State Veterans Cemetery. Visited Dad there yesterday. Great thanks to him, all of our current military, their families, and to all of our veterans and fallen heroes.

MAY 2013 - Housing Trends eNewsletter - Craig Formalarie
Let's hope we are transitioning back to a market where what was said below by FDR, who directed us out of the Great Depression, is true again...
“Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.”
-Franklin D. Roosevelt

Will These States Lead The Housing Recovery? New Hampshire LOOKING GOOD!!!
New Hampshire Tied For 3rd Place!!!
3. New Hampshire (tie)
% of mortgages 90+ days delinquent: 2.16%
Average VantageScore: 777
New mortgages as % of population: 0.75%
Foreclosure inventory: 0.4%
Average VantageScore: 777
New mortgages as % of population: 0.75%
Foreclosure inventory: 0.4%
Being able to claim the spot as the state with credit scores higher than 48 states and the District of Columbia helped boost New Hampshire’s ranking to our third spot. (It tied with South Dakota in overall score.) On all other factors the state is in the top 25% of the country, and it didn't score poorly on any factor we considered.

Londonderry Rail Trail - Up For A Vote On Tuesday
Londonderry Rail Trail - Up For A Vote On Tuesday
At the risk of entering a bit into the political realm, this sure seems like a good idea to me. Being in Real Estate, I hear quite often about the Musquash Conservation land and how it adds to the appeal of Londonderry as buyers shop for new homes, along with our school system, apple orchards, green space, location, quality of life and so on. Being part of the Rail Trail Network would be another thing to add to our "appeal resume".
